1. Data Collection Scope
Offhand ("Software", "We", "Us") respects user privacy. We only collect the minimal technical data strictly necessary to process digital orders, authenticate software licenses, prevent software piracy, and secure license traffic:
- Account Email Address: Used to deliver digital licenses, receipt verification, and customer support.
- IP Address & Hardware Signatures (HWID): Collected during activation and startup solely to bind software licenses to single active devices, validate license authenticity, and enforce our anti-sharing security policy.
2. Zero In-Game or Gameplay Logging
WE DO NOT LOG YOUR GAMEPLAY.
Offhand operates as a session connection utility. We do NOT inspect, record, log, store, or transmit your in-game chat messages, Minecraft account passwords, session tokens, world data, player coordinates, or third-party server IP addresses.
3. License Security & Anti-Sharing Enforcement
Licenses are strictly bound to one physical device (HWID). Hardware signatures and IP addresses are automatically verified during client initialization. Sharing your account, license key, or HWID access with another individual is strictly forbidden unless explicitly approved in writing by Offhand staff or gr4m. Detecting unauthorized key sharing will trigger immediate permanent license revocation.
4. Data Retention & Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or technical identifiers with any third parties or advertisers. Technical hardware signatures and purchase records are securely stored solely for license verification and fraud prevention.
5. User Rights & Policy Updates
You may request deletion of your account records by contacting support, provided no active fraud or dispute investigation is pending. Continued use of Offhand software constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
