1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
Offhand ("Software", "We", "Us") is a connection handoff utility designed for supported Minecraft client environments. By purchasing, downloading, or using Offhand, you explicitly agree to be bound by these strict Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability & Server Bans
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS ENTIRELY YOUR OWN FAULT AND RESPONSIBILITY IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS BANNED.
OFFHAND, ITS DEVELOPERS, OWNERS (INCLUDING GR4M), OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES ACCEPT ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SERVER BANS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, BLACKLISTS, KICKS, LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS, LOSS OF IN-GAME PROGRESS, OR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE ON ANY MINECRAFT SERVERS OR NETWORKS.
You acknowledge that using third-party software on multiplayer servers carries inherent risk and may violate the rules of specific server networks. You assume 100% full responsibility and risk for using the software.
3. Strict Prohibition on Account & License Sharing
ACCOUNT AND LICENSE SHARING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Each purchased Offhand license key is strictly personal and non-transferable, cryptographically bound to a single physical device (HWID). You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing, lending, renting, or transferring your license key or account access to any third party;
- Reselling, leaking, cracking, reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing Offhand binaries or license keys;
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass HWID hardware locking mechanisms.
UNLESS EXPLICITLY APPROVED IN WRITING BY OFFHAND STAFF OR GR4M, ANY ATTEMPT TO SHARE, LEAK, RESELL, OR TRANSFER YOUR LICENSE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT LICENSE REVOCATION, HARDWARE BLACKLISTING, AND PERMANENT TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND.
4. Hardware ID (HWID) Resets
Hardware ID resets allow moving a license to a new primary machine. HWID resets are available via self-serve dashboard tools under system rate limits, or manually upon request. Offhand staff and gr4m reserve full discretion to deny HWID reset requests if suspicious sharing or credential leaks are detected.
5. Compatibility Requirements
Offhand operates strictly under defined system specifications (Minecraft Java 1.21.1, Fabric Loader, Windows 10/11, Fedora 43+). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their hardware and software environment meet these criteria prior to purchasing. Unsupported launchers (e.g. Lunar Client) are not supported.
6. Third-Party Disclaimer
Offhand is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any third-party Minecraft server network.
7. Zero Tolerance Fraud Policy
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or fraudulent payment disputes. Initiating a payment dispute will immediately trigger permanent license termination, blacklisting of your hardware and credentials, and legal fraud reporting.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend license access at any time without prior notice or refund if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
