1. Strict Non-Refundable Digital Content Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Offhand products are intangible digital software licenses. Once your digital order is processed and license credentials or download tokens are generated, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
2. Zero Refunds for Server Bans or User Error
NO REFUNDS FOR BANS OR USER FAULT.
Under no circumstances will refunds, replacements, store credits, or compensation be granted for:
- Server bans, kicks, account suspensions, blacklists, or lost in-game items (using software is 100% your own fault and risk);
- Lack of technical knowledge, inability to follow setup instructions, or user configuration error;
- Change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to check system compatibility before buying;
- License revocation due to unauthorized account sharing, reselling, or leaking.
Unless explicitly approved in writing by Offhand staff or gr4m, no refund requests will be granted for any reason.
3. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal Waiver
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU consumers acknowledge that for digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived and lost once digital performance (instant delivery and key generation) begins with your explicit prior consent given at checkout.
4. Defective Software Technical Support
If Offhand suffers from an unfixable technical software defect preventing execution on an officially supported configuration (Minecraft Java 1.21.1, Fabric Loader, Windows 10/11 or Fedora 43+):
- A support ticket must be opened via official support channels within 24 hours of purchase.
- Our technical team will review diagnostic log files to assist with setup.
- If technical support cannot resolve the verified software bug within 48 hours of ticket creation, a discretionary replacement key or refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Offhand staff or gr4m.
5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy
Opening an unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or PayPal claim without prior resolution will result in immediate permanent license revocation, HWID hardware blacklisting, and permanent ban from all Offhand services. You must contact technical support directly for assistance prior to contacting your payment provider.
